摘  要:成功的房地产项目需要优秀的领导者和团队,才能为企业带来丰厚的利润,但是由于房地产行业在人力资源方面的管控不够力度,员工的敬业度不高,人才流失严重.提高员工的敬业度成为房地产行业的核心问题之一.本文采用相关分析和回归分析等方法探讨房地产行业项目经理行为、组织支持与员工敬业度的关系.研究表明:项目经理行为、组织支持和员工敬业度之间都存在相关关系,且验证了组织支持在项目经理行为与员工敬业度之间起到了调节的作用.A successful project requires good leaders and team,which can bring huge profits for real estate enterprises.However,as the real estate industry is not stringent enough in the human resources management and control,the employees’professional degree is not high,incurring serious brain drain.Therefore,how to improve employee engagement has become the core issue of the real estate industry.With the real estate project manager as the research object,by way of questionnaire survey,and adopting the method of correlation analysis and regression analysis,the action of the project manager,organizational support and employee engagement relationship are investigated.Research shows that:project manager behavior,organizational support and employee engagement are related,and the organization support has played a regulatory role in the project manager behavior and employee engagement.
