摘 要:在70℃条件下对处理实际生活污水所产生的剩余污泥进行不同时间(0~100min)的热预处理,再通过批量试验研究了不同预处理时间和不同固体停留时间(SRT)(20d和30d)对剩余污泥中温(35℃)厌氧消化的影响.结果表明,在SRT为20d,预处理时间为100min的条件下,厌氧消化后总化学需氧量(TCOD)的平均去除率最高,达到55.76%;预处理时间为100min,SRT分别为20d和30d的条件下,毛细吸水时间(CST)平均值较对照组分别下降了26%和37%;在SRT为20d,预处理时间为60min条件下,甲烷平均产量最高,达到10.83mL/d;经济分析表明经过70℃预处理后,剩余污泥厌氧消化处理费用可以减少50.9~499.5元/吨干污泥.因此,本试验得出热预处理的最佳SRT为20d,最佳预处理时间为60min.The waste activated sludge produced by the treatment of actual domestic sewage was subjected to thermalpretreatment at different time(0~100min)at70℃,and the effects of different pretreatment time and different solidresidence times(20d and30d)were studied by batch test on the anaerobic digestion of waste activated sludge at35℃.Theresults showed that after anaerobic digestion,the average removal rate of total chemical oxygen demand was55.76%under the conditions that SRT was20d and pretreatment time was100min.when the pretreatment time was100min,theaverage capillary suction time decreased by26%(20d)and37%(30d)comparing with the control group.And the averageyield of methane was10.83mL/d under the condition that SRT was20d and pretreatment time was60min.Economicanalysis showed that the anaerobic digestion of waste activated sludge can reduce the cost of50.9~499.5yuan/ton drysludge after70℃pretreatment.Therefore,the best SRT was20d and the best pretreatment time was60min for thethermal pretreatment.
