摘　　要：Excel不仅可以方便快速的对大量数据进行图形分析,更重要的是可以对大量数据进行自动处理和计算,而此功能主要是通过函数来实现的。以高校奖学金评定工作为例,介绍涉及到的排名函数RANK.EQ、判断函数IF、逻辑函数AND与OR、统计函数MAX和MIN等函数的具体使用,将理论知识应用于具体实践工作,提高工作效率。Excel is an important component of office software in Office,mainly used for a variety of data processing.It can not only facilitate the rapid graphical analysis of large amounts of data,it is more important to a large amount of data processing and automatic calculation,and this function is mainly realized by the function.This paper will be assessed by the university scholarship to introduce a ranking function RANK.EQ,to determine the function of IF,AND and OR logic function,the use of specific statistical function MAX and MIN function.
