流域生态-经济系统耦合过程的农业响应机制研究

摘　　要：生态文明建设进程中,政策驱动力成为生态-经济系统协调发展的关键要素。从高原湖泊流域污染源看,农业污染对生态系统威胁大。为有效治理农业面源污染提供系统性与长期性的政策效应理论支持,本文基于实证区域多年大样本数据,运用双重差分模型的理论设计,计算政策实施区与非政策区之间的政策响应数值变化,分析农业生产活动对生态文明建设政策的响应机制。结果表明:农业生产方式能够积极响应区域生态文明政策,进而体现出政策实施区环境保护政策对区域经济子系统和环境子系统产生协调效果。The policy force is a key factor to coordinate the ecological economic system in ecological civilization construction.From the plateau lakes,river pollution,agricultural pollution threat to ecological system.In order to provide policy effect system and long-term theoretical support for the effective management of agricultural non-point source pollution,based on large sample data of empirical regional for many years,this paper used the double difference model as the theoretical design,calculating the numerical changes in the policy response between the policy implementation area and the non policy area,analyzing the response mechanism of agricultural production activities to the ecological civilization construction policy.The results showed that modes of production were able to respond actively regional ecological civilization and then embody that environmental protection policy in implementary districts,and could coordinate subsystems between regional economic and environment.
