基于超越对数随机前沿分析的农户生产效率实证研究——以甘肃省农户种植业为例

摘  要:农户生产效率是提高农业产量,增加农民收入的关键因素。本研究采用超越对数随机前沿生产函数,测算了甘肃295户的农户种植业生产技术效率,并对影响因素进行理论与经验分析。研究表明,目前甘肃农户农业生产技术效率偏低,平均农户生产技术效率为64.2%,种植面积、化肥农药等生产资料投入量、农户年龄、接受农业培训程度等对技术效率带来明显的正效应。因此,在现有的要素投入与技术水平下,通过推行适度规模经营,改善资源配置,加强农业人力资本投入、深化农业科技力度,改变资源消耗型农业生产方式,当地种植业产出仍有提高空间。Production efficiency is a key factor to increase agricultural output and income.In this study,the stochastic frontier production function was used to estimate the production efficiency of295households in Gansu,and analyzed the influencing factors theoretically and experimentally.The results show,at present,the agricultural production efficiency in Gansu is low,the average efficiency is64.2%.The amount of input,such as planting area,chemical fertilizer and pesticide,as well as the farmer ages,the degree of agricultural training etc,all these have the obvious positive effect on production efficiency.Under the current input and technology level,there is a large scope to increase production through promoting land large-scale management,optimizing the allocation of resource,strengthening human capital investment and technical innovation and change resource consumption type of agricultural production
