摘 要:为了筛选适宜用作保温被的被面、被芯材料及其组合,利用室内传热系数测试台和电子拉力试验机,测试分析了目前市场上17种常见保温覆盖材料的保温性、机械强度及其组合成的41种保温被的保温性能。结果表明:涂银迷彩布防水材料、镀铝或涂银材料机械强度大,保温性好,适于作保温被表层材料;涂银迷彩布防水材料作保温被外表层、镀铝或涂银材料作内表层且镀铝或涂银面朝棚膜为佳。保温被芯材以毛毡、太空棉保温性最好,花色毡、黑色无纺布、白色无纺布和珍珠棉次之,喷胶棉最差。研究结果可为保温被的工厂化生产提供理论依据。In order to select suitable materials and their combinations for heat preservation quilt,we analyzed the thermal insulation property and mechanical strength of17different sorts of heat preservation covering materials and41kinds of combinations of the thermal insulation property of heat preservation quilts.The results show that aluminized woven fabric and silvered camouflage cloth have a large mechanical strength and good thermal insulation and could be suitable as the surface of heat preservation quilt;silvered camouflage cloth as its outer surface,aluminized woven fabric as its inner surface,aluminied or silvered coated layer of material toward the films is better.The best heat preservation core materials are felts and space cotton,followed by mixed felts,black non-woven fabrics,white non-woven fabrics and EPE,the poorest one for heat saving is spewing adhesive.The research results provide a theoretical basis for heat preservation quilt factoryproduction.
