摘　　要：为了促进旅游业信息化发展脚步,设计数字多媒体旅游咨询信息智能问答系统。系统由主机端和移动终端构成,移动终端收集游客提出的旅游咨询信息,经主机端中的问句解析模块提取信息关键词,利用索引器将关键词引入数字多媒体数据库,通过数字多媒体技术向旅游咨询信息中匹配与信息实体、属性以及关系有关的数据,获取候选问答答案,并进行旅游咨询信息的相似度计算,按照计算结果排列候选问答答案,将其显示在移动终端上。实验证明,所设计的系统可靠性强,可以正确处理旅游咨询信息的概念关系。In order to promote the development of tourism information,a digital multimedia intelligent question?answering system dealing with tourism consulting information was designed.The system makes up of the host and mobile terminals.The mobile terminals are employed to collect travel advisory information from tourists.The question analysis module of the host is adopted to extract information keywords,and bring them in using the digital multimedia database by means of indexer.The data related to information entities,attributes,and relationship is matched with the travel advisory information in virtue of the digital multimedia technology to get the candidate quiz answers.The similarity of tourism consulting information is calculated.The candidate quiz answers are arranged according to the calculated results,and are displayed on the relevant mobile terminal.The experiment results show that the designed system has strong reliability,and can deal with the concept relation of tourism consulting information.
