摘  要:为了提高大型电气控制设备的节能效果,降低功耗,提高输出功率增益,提出基于内环控制器适应度补偿和DC/AC逆变模型的大型电气控制器的节能设计方法。构建大型电气设备控制器单元模型,建立电流内环控制的电气控制器DC/AC逆变模型,采用内环控制器适应度补偿方法进行输出增益控制,实现大型电气控制器的硬件设计。实验结果表明,采用该方法进行大型电气控制器设计,节能效果较好,输出功率增益较高。In order to improve the energy?saving effect,reduce the power consumption and increase the output power gain of the large?scale electrical control equipment,an energy?saving design method of the large?scale electrical controller is proposed,which is based on fitness compensation of inner?loop controller and DC/AC inversion model.The unit model of the largescale electrical device controller is constructed.The electrical controller DC/AC inversion model controlled by current inner loop is established.The fitness compensation method of inner?loop controller is used to control the output gain to design the hardware of the large?scale electrical controller.The experimental results show that the method to design the large?scale electrical controller has good energy?saving effect and high output power gain.
