摘  要:在超微晶合金样片二维高频旋转磁特性测试时,针对B-H复合型磁滞矢量传感器中传感信号微弱且易受到周围电磁环境的干扰而产生很大的噪声的问题,设计一种以高性能仪表放大器AD8221作为主要器件的差分放大器和高通滤波器、低通滤波器、直流偏置调节电路等组成的高频小信号放大电路。并将该硬件电路应用在H线圈的校准实验中,确定了H线圈的校准系数。Since the sensing signal of B?H composite hysteresis vector sensor is weak and easy to produce heavy noise due to interference of the electromagnetic environment when2D high?frequency rotating magnetic properties of nanocrystalline alloy sample is tested,a high?frequency small signal amplifying circuit is proposed.The circuit is composed of differential amplifier taking the high performance instrumentation amplifier AD8221as its main device,as well as high?pass filter,low?pass filter,DC bias adjusting circuit and so on.The calibration coefficient of H?coil was determined in the H?coil calibration experiments,in which the hardware circuit was used.
