河南省森林资源现状分析及发展对策

摘　　要：以河南省第八次森林资源清查数据为依据,分析了河南省森林资源现状与特点,指出河南林业发展总体上存在数量不足、质量不高、基层林业发展缺乏活力等问题,并提出要加强森林资源保护、抓好林业重点工程建设、深化体制机制改革、实施科学经营、增强科技创新等措施,以期对河南林业可持续发展提供参考。This paper is based on the data of the eighth forest resources inventory in Henan Province,analyses the current situation of forest resources in Henan Province,and presents the disadvantage ofquantity and quality,lacking certain vitality in basic forestry department etc.In order to providereference for sustainable forestry development of Henan Province,this paper presents some strategysuch as:①the protection of forest resources should be strengthen;②the building of Forestry PriorityPrograms should be carried out;③the reform of the administrative system should bedeepened;④scientific management of forestry should be implemented;⑤technological innovationshould be strengthen.
