摘　　要：社会主义公有资本运行模式是公有制和资本运行相结合的过渡性生产方式,是对资本主义私有资本运行机制的扬弃,体现了马克思主义"劳动者联合体"的意蕴。社会主义公有资本运行模式具有比资本主义私有资本运行机制更合理的目的性,更有条件实现社会分配正义和整体经济平衡,其国际化也将推动经济全球化向更合理的方向发展。社会主义公有资本运行模式的未来发展需要坚持社会主义基本原则,创新完善具体制度设计,争取和保持资本领域控制权,并使经济基础与社会上层建筑结合形成有利于实现劳动主导资本的制度性整体。The operation model of socialist public capital is a transitional mode of production which combines public ownership with capital operation. It is the sublation of the operational mechanism of capitalist private capital,and reflects Marx's idea of 'association of laborers.'The operation model of socialist public capital has more rational goals than that of capitalist private capital. It is equipped with better conditions to achieve justice in social distribution and overall economic balance. Its international development will push globalization towards a more rational direction. Its future development requires adherence to the basic principles of socialism,innovation and improvement in concrete system designs,and control over capital. In addition,there must be a correspondence between the economic base and superstructure in the formation of institutional unity in favor of labor's dominance over capital.
