摘  要:合理的接地网设计对于人身和设备的安全起着至关重要的作用。介绍了国外变电站和发电厂接地网设计常用的《交流变电站接地安全导则》IEEE Std 80-2000。基于该标准,对巴基斯坦某风电场132 kV升压站接地网设计展开研究,计算了升压站接地电阻、跨步电势、接触电势、地电位升高,并通过利用降阻措施有效解决了跨步电势不能满足要求的问题。A reasonable grounding grid design is critical to the safety of persons and equipment.Introduction was made to the IEEE Std80-2000which was widely used in the design of foreign substations and grounding grid of power plants.Based on the standard,this paper carried out research on the ground grid design of a132kV booster station of certain wind power plant in Pakistan and calculated the grounding resistances,step potential,touch potential and grounding potential rise.The problem that the step potential cannot meet the requirement is solved by adopting a resistance reduction strategy.
