摘 要:目的探讨不同体位对胸腔穿刺术引起胸膜反应的影响。方法收集本院呼吸内科近6年胸腔积液或气胸患者386例,均行胸腔穿刺,包括胸腔穿刺术、胸膜活检术及胸腔穿刺置管,均观察首次胸腔穿刺,其中坐位322例,卧位(包括仰卧位、侧卧位)64例。结果坐位组发生胸膜反应38例,发生率11.8%,卧位组发生胸膜反应2例,发生率为3.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸腔穿刺时,体位可影响胸膜反应的发生,卧位较坐位胸膜反应发生率低。Objective To explore the influence of different postures for pleural reaction in patients undergoing thoracentesis.Methods Collected386cases of inpatients with pneumothorax or pleural effusion from the past6years in our department of respiratory medicine.Thoracentesis were performed over then,including traditional thoracentesis,biopsy of pleura and thoracentesis catheter drainage that observed for the first time.Including322cases of thoracentesis with sitting,and64cases with supine(including supine position and lateral position).Results There were38cases with pleural reaction in322cases at sitting group,the incidence was11.8%,and2cases of pleural reaction at supine group,the incidence rate was3.1%,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Postures can affect the pleural reaction,supine pleural reaction rate is low.
