大连市大型体育场馆经营管理现状和影响因素分析

摘　　要：文章采用文献资料法、实地调查法、访谈法等研究方法,对大连市大型体育场馆的经营管理现状和影响因素进行研究分析,研究认为目前存在:选址布局不合理;投资保障资金缺乏;场馆功能结构单一;缺乏经营管理人才;经营管理模式单一等问题。针对目前所存在的问题提出相应的对策,为改善体育场馆的经营管理提供借鉴与参考。This paper uses literature,field surveys,interviews and other methods,to study the factors and management situations and the impact on the city of Dalian stadiums.The research finds the problems at present:site layout is not reasonable;the lack of funds to protect investment venues;the functional structure of a single;the lack of management talents;problems of management.Aiming at the single mode the existing problems,the study puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,and provides a reference for the improvement of relevant management of stadiums.
