摘　　要：目的:为氨酚羟考酮的临床合理使用提供参考。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,对我院2013-2015年门急诊氨酚羟考酮的使用情况进行统计、分析。结果:我院2013-2015年氨酚羟考酮门急诊处方共22 654张,各年度氨酚羟考酮的处方数、用量和销售金额均呈逐年增长趋势。氨酚羟考酮的使用涉及所有临床科室,处方数排前3位的科室分别为骨科(78.34%)、急诊科(15.52%)和肿瘤科(2.09%)。使用氨酚羟考酮的患者年龄集中在19~64岁(78.62%),男女比例为1∶1.08。氨酚羟考酮用法用量以5 mg、每日4次为主(86.91%)。处方涉及的诊断中,排前3位的分别是骨性关节病(47.26%)、腰腿痛(6.18%)和腹痛待查(5.92%)。结论:我院2013-2015年门急诊氨酚羟考酮用量较大,存在不合理使用现象,需加强管理,规范其使用。OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for rational use of oxycodone and acetaminophen in outpatient and emergencydepartment.METHODS:By retrospective study,the application of oxycodone and acetaminophen in outpatient and emergency departmentof our hospital during2013-2015was analyzed statistically.RESULTS:During2013-2015,there were22654outpatientand emergency prescriptions of oxycodone and acetaminophen in our hospital.The prescription number,amount and consumptionsum of oxycodone and acetaminophen were increasing year by year.Top3clinical departments of oxycodone and acetaminophen inthe list of prescription number were orthopedics department(78.34%),emergency department(15.52%)and oncology department(2.09%).The age of patients using oxycodone and acetaminophen mainly aged19-64years old(78.62%);the ratio of male to femalewas1∶1.08.The amount of oxycodone and acetaminophen was5mg,mainly4times a day(86.91%).In all kinds of diagnosis,knee osseous arthritis(47.26%),pain in waist and lower extremities(6.18%)and abdominal pain in dispute(5.92%)weretop three.CONCLUSIONS:A large amount of oxycodone and acetaminophen were used in outpatient and emergency department ofour hospital during2013-2015;there is unreasonable drug use so that we need to strengthen management and standardize drug use.
