康复新液联合强脉冲光治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察康复新液联合强脉冲光治疗玫瑰痤疮的效果及安全性。方法:选取我院2014年5月-2016年6月就诊的玫瑰痤疮患者50例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各25例。在口服甲硝唑片的基础上,对照组患者采用强脉冲光治疗;观察组患者在对照组基础上联用康复新液,采用4~6层纱布浸透药液后局部湿敷,每次5~10 min,qn。两组患者均连续治疗4周。比较两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后的症状积分和皮肤病生活质量量表(DLQI)评分,并记录不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率为92.0%,显著高于对照组的64.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者红斑、丘疹脓疱、瘙痒、毛细血管扩张评分及总积分和DLQI评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者上述评分均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为16.0%,显著低于对照组的40.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复新液联合强脉冲光治疗玫瑰痤疮效果显著,可有效改善患者红斑、丘疹脓疱、瘙痒、毛细血管扩张等症状,提高患者生活质量,且安全性较高。OBJECTIVE:To observe effects and safety of Kangfuxin solution combined with intense pulsed light in the treatmentof rosacea.METHODS:A total of50rosacea patients in our hospital during May2014-Jun.2016were divided into controlgroup(25cases)and observation group(25cases)according to random number table.Based on oral administration of Metronidazoletablets,control group received intense pulsed light.Observation group was additionally given Kangfuxin solution for local wetcompress after4to6layers of gauze saturated with liquid,5-10min,qn.Both groups received treatment for4weeks.Clinical efficacies,as well as symptom score and DLQI score were compared between2groups before and after treatment,and the occurrenceof ADR was recorded.RESULTS:The response rate of observation group was92.0%,which was significantly higher than64.0%of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in erythema,papules,pustules,itching,telangiectasia score and total score,DLQI score with before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,erythema,papules,pustules,itching,telangiectasia score and total score,DLQI score of2groups were decreased significantly,and theobservation group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of ADR inobservation group was16.0%,which was significantly lower than40.0%in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Kangfuxin solution combined with intense pulsed light show significant efficacy for rosacea,and can effectivelyimprove erythema,papules,pustules,itching and telangiectasia,and improve the quality of life with good safety.
