沙龙教学在班主任工作技能训练教学中应用的可行性分析

摘　　要：沙龙教学模式现已在教学领域广泛应用并深受大家的喜欢,它颠覆传统的教学模式,寓教于乐、充分挖掘学生在教学中的主体作用,解决由老师一人唱独角戏的教学弊端,使得课堂教学轻松愉快、学生高度参与,从而呈现良好的教学效果。笔者试图将此模式应用到班主任工作技能训练的教学当中来,并从几个方面来分析应用该模式的可行性。Salon teaching model is now widely used in the field ofteaching and loved by everyone.It reforms the traditional teachingmodel,endows learning with edutainment,fully taps the mainrole of students in teaching,and eliminates the defect of teachers'"chalk and talk"teaching,thus making classroom teachingrelaxed and happy,improving students'participation,and generatinggood teaching effects.We try to apply this model to thetraining of head teachers'working skills,and analyze the feasibilityof the application of the model from several aspects.
