“双一流”学校建设中国外访学学生管理探究

摘　　要：随着高校"双一流"建设目标的不断推进,国际化人才培养质量要求不断提高、国际化办学的力度也需不断加大,外出访学学生数量在不断增多,如何做好境外学生管理,包括出国前相关准备培训、境外学生群团组织的建立、发挥党团组织作用、学生奖助学金的评定、学生境外安全和课程衔接等都是国际化人才培养的关键环节。通过"双一流"学校建设中国外访学学生管理探究,为国际化办学探讨一定的可行性模式,为海外学生访学和管理的制度保障、机制运行探索出有利的举措和路径,为开放办学提供有力的支持和保障。With the continuous advancement of the goal of"doublefirst-rate"construction in colleges and universities,the trainingquality of internationalized talents has been continuously improved,and the intensity of internationalized education has beenincreasing.The number of students studying abroad has been increasing,so how to manage them effectively is the key link of internationalizedtalent training.Through a study on the managementof visiting students at abroad in"double first-rate"construction,we hope to provide a feasible model for internationalizededucation,and offer effective measures and ways to improvethe management of visiting students at abroad,and also providestrong support and protection for open school-running.
