摘　　要：铜仁市委、市政府向全市人民发出了"奋力创建绿色发展先行示范区,阔步迈向社会主义生态文明新时代"的动员令。创建绿色发展先行示范区,是一项系统工程,需要全社会广泛参与。从教育、文化、宗教、文学、经济等方面深入解读绿色发展的科学内涵,是探索绿色发展先行示范区建设路径的先期工作。既要立足生态抓生态,又要跳出生态抓生态。绿色发展先行示范区创建需要有理论大视野,以便开创全面建设大局面。The Party Committee and Government of Tongren give out mobilization order to people of the municipality to strive for the construction of green development pioneering demonstration area and stride toward the new time of socialist ecological civilization.The construction of green development pioneering demonstration area is a systematic project which needs a wide range participation of all the society.It is a first stage work of this projet to interprete the scientific conotation of green development from education,culture,economics,religion,literature,etc.Ecology must be dealt with on the base of ecology and it also must be dealt with outside the limitation of ecology.The construction of green development pioneering demonstration area needs the guide of theoretical overview in order to open a great situation of overall construction.
