摘  要:新西兰为保护其皮革行业和畜牧业的健康发展,防止外来动物疫病入侵,对进口动物皮张和皮毛开展了相关风险分析工作,从病原体的传播途径、随进口动物皮张和皮毛传入释放的可能性以及在环境中暴露扩散的可能性3个方面进行分析,找出了16种可能成为潜在危害的动物疫病,并对其逐一进行风险分析。评估认为口蹄疫、炭疽、布鲁氏菌病、绵羊地方性流产和沙门氏菌病等5种动物疫病会给新西兰带来较高的风险,需要采取相应的风险管理措施。本研究结合新西兰的进口动物皮张和皮毛风险分析,提出了我国动物和动物产品进口风险分析方面的相关建议。To protect the healthy development of leather industry and animal husbandry and to prevent invasion of exotic animal epidemics,the import risk analysis was carried out for imported animal hides and skins.Taking into account the transmission pathway,the possibility of invasion and exposure of pathogens with imported animal hides and skins in New Zealand(NZ),16kinds of animal diseases were identified as potential hazards and were subjected to risk assessment.Consequence assessment showed Foot-and-mouth disease,Anthrax,Brucellosis,Enzootic abortion of ewes and Salmonellosis poses significant risks to NZ.The importation of animal hides and skins carries a series of risks,and relevant risk management measures are required to be taken.Combined with NZ import risk analysis on animal hides and skins,some suggestions were presented for import risk analysis of animal and animal products in China.
