摘　　要：本文以一起因疑似动物疫情而引发行政诉讼案件的应急处置为切入点,分析了案件中的行政主体应急处置与积极应诉等环节,提出了建立健全联动机制、完善动物防疫法律法规体系等迫切性需求,为基层应急处置重大动物疫情提供有益借鉴。In this paper,the emergent handling of an administrative litigation due to a suspected animal epidemic outbreak was taken as an example,the emergent handling by the administrative body and the active appearance in the case was analyzed.Suggestions were proposed to establish linkage mechanism and to improve the animal epidemic prevention legal system urgently,thus providing useful references for emergent handling of major animal epidemic outbreaks.
