反刍动物分枝杆菌病及其进出境检疫技术应用探讨

摘　　要：反刍动物结核病、副结核病等分枝杆菌病对全球畜牧业危害严重,是国际贸易中重点防范的动物疫病。本文从病原学、检测方法及其应用方面,对反刍动物结核病、副结核病进行了综述,并结合我国进出境动物检验检疫工作实际,就上述疫病口岸检疫技术的运用进行了探讨。同时,针对动物种类及相应检测方法与试剂选用等具体情况,提出了建议。Mycobacterial diseases,such as Bovine tuberculosis and Paratuberculosis,have brought serious harm to global animal husbandry,which are important animal diseases in international trade.The aetiological studies and diagnosis technologies of the two diseases were reviewed in terms of etiology,detection methods and their applications in this paper.Combined with the practice of entry-exit animal inspection and quarantine in China,the applications of quarantine technology of the above epidemic diseases were discussed.Suggestions were put forward,in view of specific situations of different animal species and the selection of diagnostic methods and reagents.
