摘　　要：自动扶梯安全事故多发,给广大乘客的身心健康甚至生命安全造成严重威胁。如何防范自动扶梯发生事故保障乘客群体的安全,已经引起安监部门、安防部门及社会各界的高度重视。通过对110起典型案例整理统计,概括总结出扶梯事故新的分类方法和事故特点,解剖分析出事故的多发原因和风险规律,进而有针对性地提出了自动扶梯安全事故的风险防范及控制对策。尽管自动扶梯事故牵涉面广、诱发因素多,只要生产安装、使用管理、安全监察部门及广大乘客携手共防,是可以做到有效防范和控制的。Escalator accidents occurred frequently,which caused a serious threat to the passengers'physical and mental health and even life safety.How to prevent escalator accidents from happening and ensurethe passengers’safety have aroused great attention of the safety supervision department,security departmentas well as many social sectors.By sorting out and counting up110typical cases,this paper summarizes a newclassification method and characteristics of the escalator accidents,analyzes the causes of accidents and therisk rules as well,and then proposes targeted risk prevention and control strategies about escalator accidents.Although escalator accident involves many aspects with a range of predisposing factors,it is likely to beeffectively prevented and controlled if the production and installation,administration,safety inspection sectionsas well as the passengers are willing to work together.
