摘  要:以商品成熟期果皮乳白色的辣椒247和商品成熟期果皮绿色的辣椒246为亲本,经杂交、自交及回交获得6个世代(P_1、P_2、F_1、B_1、B_2和F_2)。运用主基因+多基因混合遗传模型对商品成熟期辣椒果实颜色进行遗传规律分析,采用目测法和色差仪法测定果皮颜色L值、C值和颜色级值。结果表明:辣椒商品成熟期果皮绿色对乳白色的遗传符合2对主基因+加性-显性多基因模型(E-3模型);L值、C值和颜色级值的F2主基因遗传率分别为40.415%、90.524%和99.395%,主基因遗传力较高,多基因遗传力和环境效应较低,表明商品成熟期辣椒皮色的遗传选择应在早期分离世代进行。Six generations of P1,P2,F1,B1,B2and F2derived from the cross of247(white peel color)and246(green peel color)were employed for analyzing the inheritance rule of pepper fruit peel color by the modelof major gene plus polygenic inheritance.The color,L and C values of immature fruit peel color were measuredby color difference meter after visually classified.The results showed that peel color of pepper fruit was controlledby2major genes and plus-dominant multiple genes(E-3model).The major gene heritability of color,L and Cvalues in F2are99.395%,40.415%and90.524%,respectively.The major gene heritability is higher,while thepolygene heritability and environmental effect are lower,indicating that genetic selection of pepper fruit peel colorbreeding should be carried out in early segregative generation.
