摘 要:甲醇制烯烃(MTO)技术开辟了由煤炭或天然气生产基本有机化工原料的新工艺路线,在其中由于分子筛的独特孔道结构,大大提高了反应的产率。MCM-22分子筛因具有十元环和十二元环2套独立的孔道体系,而且在甲醇制烯烃反应中显现出的长寿命和高丙烯/乙烯比而被广泛应用。本文采用水热法合成并表征了MCM-22分子筛,发现分子筛呈现典型的片状结构。通过对甲醇、乙醇和1-丙醇的吸附实验,发现由于分子筛独特的孔道结构使得分子尺寸较大的1-丙醇的吸附量大于乙醇的吸附量。Methanol to olefin(MTO)processes using zeolites are regards as a vital family conversion technology to bypass carbon resources and syntesis gas.Because of the special pore structure of zeolites,the methanol conversion was highly enhanced.The MCM-22is unique zeolite with three types of independent pore system,10-ring and12-ring,respectively.In conversion of methanol to olefin,it has a long lifetime and gives a high ratio of propene to ethane in MTO.In this paper,MCM-22was synthesized by hydrothermal method and was characterized,and the result showed that MCM-22shows typical plate structure.The adsorption of methanol,ethanol and1-propanol were investigated,the results showed that the adsorption capacity of1-propanol which has larger molecule has high adsorption capacity than the adsorption capacity of enthanol.
