摘　　要：目的探讨修复耳前皮肤缺损的方法和效果。方法对16例耳前皮肤缺损和继发创面患者,采用耳后乳突区带蒂筋膜皮瓣翻转修复耳前皮肤缺损。结果本组16例患者术后皮瓣均成活良好,外观色泽、功能形态均获得满意效果。结论耳后带蒂筋膜皮瓣翻转修复耳前皮肤软组织缺损,手术操作简单实用,无需断蒂,手术一次完成,术后外形良好,供瓣区位于耳后,瘢痕隐蔽,甚至可以直接拉拢缝合,是一种修复耳前皮肤软组织缺损较为理想的手术方法。Objective To explore the method and effect of repairing anterior auricular skin defect.Methods Sixteen patients with anterior auricular skin defect and secondary wound were repaired by anterior posterior auricular flap pedicled with posterior mastoid region.Results The flaps of16cases survived well,and the appearance and color of the flaps were satisfactory.Fascial flap repair flip preauricular skin and soft tissue defect of the conclusion after ear,the operation is simple and practical,without pedicle surgery,once completed,after the operation in good shape,the donor area is located in the ear,hidden scars,and even can be sutured directly,is an operative method for repairing preauricular skin and soft tissue defect the ideal.
