摘　　要：基于国家语言资源保护工程的启动开展,针对"潮汕方言有无保护价值"、"潮汕方言会消亡吗"、"潮汕方言中哪个方言点是最标准的"、"潮汕方言中哪个方言点是最古老的"和"潮剧是用哪个方言点演唱的"等五个问题,展开讨论和阐述。这五个问题的研究对于汉语方言资源保护工程的开展,具有现实的指导意义,例如关于调查选点、布点和发音合作人的选择、非遗项目的录音摄像等等。这五个问题也是其他方言土语都会产生的共性问题,因而带有普遍性的学术意义。Based on the start and development of the national project of language resource protection,five questions are discussed and illustrated in the paper:“Is it worthwhile to protect Chaoshan dialect?”“Will Chaoshan dialect die out?”“Which subdialect is the standard one in Chaoshan dialect?”“Which subdialect is the most ancient?”“In which subdialect is Chaozhou opera played?”The study of these five questions is instructive to the development of the project of Chinese dialect resource protection,such as choosing places of investigation,distribution,choosing the cooperators of articulation,recording and videoing nonmaterial cultural heritage projects.These five questions have much in common with other dialects and therefore they are of universal academic significance.
