摘  要:目的:本次研究主要从面部解剖层面剖析面部松垂的原因,揭示面部提升部位的解剖结构,为面部年轻化手术提供理论依据;并进一步探讨在内窥镜辅助下行双平面面部提升术的临床应用效果。方法:首先从面部解剖层面剖析面部松垂的原因及过程,分析面部提升的变迁和优劣;收集选择最具代表性的进行过线性面部提升术的53例临床病例资料,回顾性分析在内窥镜辅助下行双平面面部线性提升术时选用线条形材料的可操作性、实用性及优缺点。结果:术后进行常规随访,平均随访时间10个月,患者鼻唇沟、面颊部松垂明显改善;术后1个月左右面部肿胀部分消退;6个月后因为纤维组织增生收缩,面部似有提升现象,达到满意的面部年轻化效果。未见局部血肿、感染和神经损伤等并发症。结论:结合面部提升部位解剖结构,选择合适的线性提升材料,在内窥镜辅助下行双平面面部线形提升术,具有手术创伤小、操作安全、术后恢复快等优点,可达到完美的术后效果。Objective This paper analyzed the causes of facial aging with the facial and revealed the anatomy of facial liftingsite,in order to provide the theoretical basis for the younger facial operation.To discusses the clinical application of endoscopicassisted descending double plane facial enhancement.Methods We analyzed the causes of facial aging with the facial anatomyand revealed advantages of the double plane.We selected53cases of clinical data which operated facial lift by linear materials,and retrospectively analyzed operability,practicability and advantages of linear material in facial lift.Results On the basis offacial anatomy structure characteristics,we did linear facial lift assisted by endoscope.Follow-up of10months,the patient'sptosis of nasal lip and facial were significantly improved.The facial swelling partially subsided after the operation.After6months,because fiber tissue hyperplasia shrinks,facial appearance appears to have ascend phenomenon,facial rejuvenation wassatisfactory.There is no such complication as local hematoma,infection and nerve damage.Conclusion Combined with facialanatomical structure,choose suitable linear material,operate facial lift by endoscope,with a small surgical trauma and shortrecovery time,can achieve perfect effect.
