摘　　要：目的:分析自然分娩会阴切口2-0可吸收线缝合的美学效果及预后。方法:选择2015年3月-2016年3月在武警湖北总队医院妇产科进行自然分娩并会阴切开的患者90例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各45例。观察组采取可吸收2-0可吸收线缝合的美容缝合,对照组采用传统丝线会阴切口缝合,观察两组患者术后疼痛情况、切口愈合情况、切口炎性反应及切口线结反应。结果:观察组患者术后24h疼痛评分(4.25±0.72)分低于对照组(6.51±1.03)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后24h疼痛程度主要为轻度,对照组术后24h疼痛等级主要为中重度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者切口愈合甲级率(97.78%)高于对照组(82.22%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后切口炎性反应发生率(4.44%)低于对照组(20.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后切口线结反应0度的患者(95.56%)多于对照组(68.89%),观察组术后切口线结反应I度患者(2.22%)少于对照组(11.11%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自然分娩会阴切口2-0可吸收线缝合术可减轻切口疼痛,降低炎性反应和线结反应,促进切口愈合,缩短手术时间和住院时间,且愈后瘢痕小,外表美观,具有较高的临床推广应用价值。Objective To analyze the aesthetic effect and prognosis of2-0absorbable line suture of natural perineum incision.Methods90patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,45cases were randomly divided intoobservation group and control group.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group..Theobservation group was treated with2-0absorbable suture,and the control group was treated with traditional thread perinealincision.The postoperative pain,incision healing,incisional inflammatory reaction and incisional junction were observed in thetwo groups.Results The pain score(4.25±0.72)was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(6.51±1.03),the degree of pain was slightly mild in the observation group after24hours,and the pain grade in the control group wasmoderate,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observation group incision healed grade(97.78%)was higherthan the control group(82.22%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative incisionalinflammatory response in the observation group(4.44%)was lower than that in the control group(20.00%),the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).Postoperative incision line junction reaction0degree after incision in the observation group(95.56%)was higher than the control group(68.89%),postoperative incision line junction reaction I degree patients in theobservation group(2.22%)was less than that in the control group(11.11%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The2-0absorbable suture can reduce the incision pain,reduce the inflammatory reaction and the junction reaction,promote the incision healing,shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,and after the healing scar small,beautifulappearance,with high Of the clinical application value.
