摘　　要：目的:探讨胫后动脉穿支血管皮瓣在足踝及小腿内侧皮肤创面修复中的应用效果。方法:收集2013年2月至2016年3月于本院行胫后动脉穿支血管皮瓣修复足踝及小腿内侧创面的患者11例,男10例,女1例,足踝部皮肤缺损8例,小腿内侧皮肤缺损3例,所有患者经过彻底清创、皮瓣设计,行胫后动脉穿支血管皮瓣移植手术,术后随访。结果:11例患者手术过程顺利,术后皮瓣血液循环稳定,所有移植皮瓣全部成活,外观满意,供区移植皮片均一期成活。结论:胫后动脉穿支血管皮瓣移植是修复足踝及小腿内侧创面的一种简单且有效的治疗方法。Objective To explore the application of the posterior tibial artery perforator flap in the repair of skin defects of themedial crus and ankle.Methods There were11cases with the repair of skin defects of the medial crus in the departmentof burn and plastic surgery of the people's hospital of TongLing city from February2013to March2016,which included10males and1females,8cases of ankle skin and3cases of medial crus.All patients were given posterior tibial artery perforatorflap surgery after complete debridement and flap design and postoperative follow-up.Results The surgical procedures weresuccessful in11patients and the postoperative flap blood circulations were stable after operation.All the flaps were survivedand there were satisfactory appearance.The skin grafts were primary healing.Conclusion The posterior tibial artery perforatorflap is the simple and effective method for repairing skin defects of the medial crus and ankle.
