74例暴发性重症急性胰腺炎患者的护理

摘　　要：目的:对暴发性重症急性胰腺炎患者的护理措施及效果进行分析研究。方法:抽取医院收治的74例暴发性重症急性胰腺炎患者,随机分成对照组(37例,常规护理干预)与观察组(37例,综合护理干预),观察两组患者症状消失时间、治疗时间、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果:观察组症状消失时间、治疗时间明显短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利用综合护理干预对暴发性重症急性胰腺炎患者进行护理,有助于患者康复和提高护理满意度,其临床应用价值较高。Objective:To explosive nursing of the patients with severe acute pancreatitis and the results analysis.Methods:74cases of fulminant patients with severe acute pancreatitis were selected,were randomly dividedinto control group(37cases,routine nursing intervention)and observation group(37cases,comprehensive nursingintervention),observe two groups of symptoms disappear time,treatment,complications and nursing satisfaction.Results:the symptoms disappear,time to treatment,observation group was obviously shorter than the control group,the complication rate is lower than the control group,the difference statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:comprehensive nursing intervention was used to explosive nursing patients with severe acute pancreatitis,will helpimprove patient rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction,its clinical application value is higher.
