品管圈在提高乳腺癌术后患肢功能恢复率中的应用

摘　　要：目的:在乳腺癌患者的术后护理中,运用品质管理圈(QCC)途径,以提高患肢功能锻炼的恢复率。方法:由10名成员组成QCC小组,首先通过分析找出阻碍乳腺癌术后患肢功能锻炼的要因;并通过小组协作针对要因采取新的护理策略。选择192名乳腺癌患者随机分成实验组和对照组,以测试新策略的有效性。患肢功能将在术后第1、2、3个月末由两个校准官和审查员进行评估。结果:实验组患肢功能的恢复率在第1、2、3个月均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:运用品管圈的途径对乳腺癌术后患者进行患肢功能锻炼,能显著提高恢复率。Objective:Using a pathway of Quality Control Circle(QCC)in exercise training of breast cancernursery to improve physical function of affected limbs in breast cancer patients.Methods:A QCC group of tenmembers was formed to identify key factors impeding patients from exercise training after surgery;and accordinglyestablish new nursing strategies.A total of192breast cancer patients were randomly subscribed into treatment andcontrol groups to test the efficacy of new strategies.The function of affected limbs was appraised at the end of one,two and three months after surgery by two calibrated and independent examiners.Results:The standard-reaching rateof affected limbs were all dramatically improved(P<0.01)during first,second and third months.Conclusion:QCCapproach assisted exercise training of breast cancer nursery is effective in improving physical function of affectedlimbs in breast cancer patients.
