摘　　要：报告1例心房颤动射频消融及左心耳封堵术的护理。积极完善术前准备,讨论确定治疗方案,术中积极配合手术,术后严密的病情观察及急救处理,最终使患者康复出院。The nursing care of one case of radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation and left atrial appendageocclusion has been reported.preoperative preparation was actively conducted,treatment options were discussed anddetermineed,active nursing cooperation during operation was conducted,postoperative observation and emergencytreatment were applied.Eventually the patient recovered and was discharged.
