神经外科全麻手术患者眼睛保护方法的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨神经外科全麻手术患者术中眼睛保护方法的研究。方法:随即将180例全麻神经外科手术患者,分为A、B两个观察组和一个实验组,每组各60例。观察组A组为生理盐水纱布组,眼睑闭合覆盖生理盐水纱布,再贴3M留置针贴膜;观察组B组为金霉素眼膏组,眼部涂满眼膏后闭合,再贴3M留置针贴膜;实验组为护眼凝胶组,眼睑先闭合粘贴护眼凝胶眼贴,后贴3M留置针贴膜。术中对3组手术患者分别观察比较眼部并发症的发生率。结果:观察组A组有6例并发症发生,观察组B组有4例并发症发生,实验组无并发症。结论:针对神经外科全麻手术患者采用护眼凝胶眼贴能有效预防全麻术后眼部并发症的发生,具有较好的临床应用价值。Objective:To study the method of eye protection during general anesthesia in neurosurgery.Method:One hundred and eighty patients undergoing general anesthesia are chosen randomly and divided into two observationgroups Group A and Group B,and an experimental group,with60patients in each group.In Group A physiologicalsaline gauze is used.Eyelids are closed and covered with physiological saline gauze later,and then3M detainingneedle film is affixed;In Group B chlortetracycline eye ointment is used.Eyes are closed after the application ofeye ointment,and then3M detaining film is affixed;in experimental group eye-protection gel is used.Eyelids areclosed before pasting eye-protection gel stickers,and then3M detaining needle film is affixed.During operation,the incidences of eye complication are observed and compared for patients among the three Groups.Results:Thereare6cases occur in Group A while there are4cases in Group B.There was no ocular in the experimental group.Conclusion:Eye-protective gel eye patch can effectively prevent the occurrence of eye complication,which proves tohave good value in clinical application.
