摘　　要：总结1例胰腺分裂症合并急性胰腺炎的男性患者的护理措施。该患者因"反复腹痛6年,再发3天"入院。入院后完善ERCP检查,诊断胰腺分裂症合并急性胰腺炎,护理上予ERCP术后护理,胃肠减压、疼痛、饮食及心理护理,1周后患者病情好转出院。To sum up a male patient diagnosed of pancreatic divisum with acute pancreatitis,because of"repeated abdominal pain for six years,and then continuous pain for three days"to the hospital.Perfect the ERCPafter admission,diagnosed of pancreatic divisum with acute pancreatitis.Giving nursing care of the ERCP,gastrointestinal decompression,psychological nursing,diet and pain nursing,and discharged when the conditionbecome better one week later.
