摘  要:煤半焦可作为催化剂、锅炉或气化炉燃料、吸附剂等。在煤炭分级转化利用技术中,原煤在热解气气氛下进行热解,相较惰性气氛,热解气气氛会对热解半焦的催化、气化和吸附特性产生影响。本文选取河南烟煤、山西无烟煤和内蒙古褐煤,研究以Ar、H_2、CO、CO_2和CH_4作为热解气氛对热解半焦催化、气化和吸附特性的影响。结果表明,在CH_4-CO_2重整反应中,CO_2热解气氛下制得半焦的催化活性最好。在半焦-CO2和半焦-H_2O气化反应中,烟煤在Ar、H_2、CO、CO_2气氛下制取的半焦的气化活性要优于在CH_4气氛下制取的半焦;而无烟煤与褐煤在Ar、CO、CO_2、CH_4气氛下制取的半焦的气化活性要优于在H_2气氛下制取的半焦。在SO_2吸附实验中,Ar、H_2、CO、CO_2气氛下制取的半焦的吸附能力要强于CH_4热解气氛下制得的半焦。Coal chars can be used as catalyst,fuel of boiler and gasifiers,and adsorbents.In the coal staged conversionutilization polygeneration system,the raw coal is pyrolyzed in the atmosphere of pyrolysis gas.Compared with the inertgas atmosphere,the pyrolysis gas atmosphere will certainly influence the catalytic,gasification and adsorptioncharacteristics of coal chars.In this paper,the Henan bituminous coal,Shanxi anthracite and Inner Mongolia lignite wereselected to study the catalysis,gasification and adsorption characteristics of coal chars,and the coal chars were pyrolyzedin Ar,H2,CO,CO2and CH4,respectively.The results indicate that coal chars prepared in CO2atmosphere have the bestcatalytic reactivity in CH4-CO2reforming reaction.In the gasification reaction of char-CO2and char-H2O,the bituminouscoal chars pyrolyzed in Ar,H2,CO or CO2atmospheres have higher gasification reactivity than those pyrolyzed in CH4atmosphere,while Shanxi anthracite and Inner Mongolia lignite chars pyrolyzed in Ar,CO,CO2or CH4atmospheres havebetter gasification reactivity than those pyrolyzed in H2atmosphere.The chars prepared in Ar,H2,CO or CO2atmospherehave stronger adsorption capacity for SO2than the chars prepared in CH4atmosphere.
