摘　　要：2016年我国政府自上而下宣传工匠精神,但图书馆行业有别于企业,因此建议既要协同理解、倡导工匠精神,又要超越工匠精神,继续深化基于共享的图书馆精神宣传,才能让图书馆的管理效果进一步得到本质上、整体上的提升。In2016the Chinese government promoted the craftsmanship from top to bottom.Nevertheless,libraries are different from enterprises.Therefore,it is suggested that we not only understand and advocate the craftsmanship,but also take it further by continuing to strengthen the library spirit which is based on sharing.Only in this way will the management of libraries be improved fundamentally and generally.
