摘　　要：目的:探讨克氏针阻挡法治疗骨性锤状指的临床疗效。方法:收治骨性锤状指患者13例(13指),采用克氏针阻挡法治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:优5指,良6指,可2指,优良率84%。结论:克氏针阻挡法治疗骨性锤状指的临床疗效显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Kirschner wire blocking method in the treatment of mallet finger.Methods:13patients(13fingers)with mallet finger were selected.They were treated with Kirschner wire blocking method.We observed the therapeutic effects.Results:5fingers were excellent,6finger were good,2finger were general,and the excellent and good rate was84%.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Kirschner wire blocking method in the treatment of mallet finger was significant.
