摘  要:目的:探讨术前3D打印技术在复杂胫骨平台骨折手术中提高疗效的可行性。方法:收治复杂胫骨平台骨折患者50例,按Schatzker分型,其中Ⅳ型20例,Ⅴ型18例,Ⅵ型12例;随机平分两组,其中25例患者术前采用3D打印技术,25例患者行常规性术前检查及手术,记录两组患者手术时间、术中透视次数。结果:与常规组对比,3D打印组手术所需时间及术中透视次数均比常规组低,两组对比差异有统计学意义。结论:个体化3D打印技术可降低复杂胫骨平台骨折手术时间及术中透视次数。Objective:To investigate the feasibility of preoperative3D printing in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures.Methods:50patients with complicated tibial plateau fractures were selected,according to Schatzker classification,there were20cases of typeⅣ,18cases of typeⅤ,12cases of typeⅥ,they were randomly divided into the two groups on average.Among them,25patients received preoperative3D printing,25patients underwent routine preoperative examination and surgery.The operation time and intraoperative fluoroscopy in the two groups were recorded.Results:Compared with the conventional group,the time needed for the operation and the number of intraoperative fluoroscopy in the3D printing group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:Individualized3D printing can reduce the operative time and intraoperative fluoroscopy in complex tibial plateau fractures.
