老年膝关节骨关节炎患者人工全膝关节置换术100例临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨人工全膝关节置换术治疗膝关节骨关节炎患者的效果。方法:收治膝关节骨关节炎患者100例,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用传统药物及运动治疗,试验组采用人工全膝关节置换术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:所有患者治疗后VAS评分低于治疗前,且试验组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。所有患者治疗后AKS评分高于治疗前,且试验组治疗后的AKS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:人工全膝关节置换术治疗膝关节骨关节炎患者的效果显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of total knee arthroplasty in the treatment of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:100patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with traditional medicine and exercise therapy.The experimental group was treated by total knee arthroplasty.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,the VAS score of all patients was lower than before treatment,and the VAS score of the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the AKS score of all patients was higher than before treatment,and the VAS score of the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of total knee arthroplasty in the treatment of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis was significant.
