摘　　要：目的:探讨手足口病快速评分表在疱疹性咽峡炎患儿中的临床应用价值。方法:收治疱疹性咽峡炎患儿400例,分析手足口病快速评分表在疱疹性咽峡炎诊断中的应用价值。结果:重症组评分明显低于普通组(P<0.05)。结论:运用手足口病快速评分表能够迅速、准确地对重症疱疹性咽峡做出诊断,提高临床治疗效果。Objective:To explore the clinical application value of hand foot mouth disease quick rating scale in children with herpangina.Methods:400cases of children with herpangina were selected.We analyzed the clinical application value of hand foot mouth disease quick rating scale in children with herpangina.Results:The score of the severe group was significantly lower than the normal group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of hand foot mouth disease quick rating scale can quickly and accurately make a diagnosis of severe herpangina,and improve the clinical treatment effect.
