摘　　要：目的:探讨掌指骨骨折应用微型钢板对比克氏针内固定术的临床效果。方法:收治掌指骨骨折患者122例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组61例,研究组采用微型钢板内固定治疗,对照组采用克氏针内固定治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组骨折优良率和愈合时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:掌指骨骨折应用微型钢板对比克氏针内固定术效果显著,可获得满意骨折复位,利于早期康复训练及骨折愈合,感染率低。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of mini plate and kirschner wire internal fixation in the treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal fractures.Methods:122cases of metacarpal and phalangeal fractures were selected.The were divided into the study group and the control group,with61cases in each.The study group was treated with mini plate internal fixation,and the control group was treated with kirschner wire internal fixation.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the excellent and good rate of fracture and healing time were better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in postoperative infection rate between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with kirschner wire internal fixation,the clinical effect of mini plate internal fixation in the treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal fractures was significant.The method can obtain satisfactory fracture reduction,which was beneficial to early rehabilitation training and fracture healing,and the infection rate was low.
