大面积足部皮肤组织缺损给予跨区供血小腿前外侧皮瓣修复术的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨跨区供血小腿前外侧皮瓣修复术治疗大面积足部皮肤组织缺损的临床效果。方法:收治大面积足部皮肤组织缺损患者98例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组49例。对照组采用股前外侧皮瓣移植术治疗,研究组采用跨区供血小腿前外侧皮瓣移植术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组创面Ⅰ期愈合率、创面愈合时间、供区皮肤结痂时间和步行优良率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:跨区供血小腿前外侧皮瓣修复术治疗大面积足部皮肤组织缺损的临床效果显著。Objective:To explore the effect of anterolateral crus flap repair with cross the district blood supply in the treatment of large area skin defect of foot.Methods:98cases of large area skin defect of foot were selected.They were divided into the control group and the study group,with49cases in each.The control group was treated with anterolateral thigh flap transplantation.The study group was treated with anterolateral crus flap repair with cross the district blood supply.We compared the efficacy of two groups.Results:In the study group,the woundⅠstage healing rate,wound healing time,donor site skin scab time and walking excellent and good rate were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of anterolateral crus flap repair with cross the district blood supply in the treatment of large area skin defect of foot was significant.
