摘　　要：目的:探讨中医治疗排卵功能障碍性不孕的临床效果。方法:收治排卵功能障碍性不孕症患者100例,随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用中药治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组雌二醇、促黄体酮素、促卵泡激素和受孕率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医治疗排卵功能障碍性不孕的临床效果显著。Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ovulation dysfunction infertility.Methods:100patients with ovulation dysfunction infertility were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment.The observation group added traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of estradiol,luteinizing hormone,follicle stimulating hormone and pregnancy rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ovulation dysfunction infertility was significant.
