乳腺癌组织内ER、PR、Her-2、Ki-67表达与MRI强化特征的关联性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺癌的ER、PR、Her-2、Ki-67不同表达与MRI征象之间的相关性。方法:收治乳腺癌患者78例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:肿块大小与Ki-67阳性表达呈正相关;肿块形态与Her-2,Ki-67阳性表达呈正相关;肿块边缘与ER、PR阳性表达呈正相关,与Her-2、Ki-67表达呈负相关;肿块强化形式与Her-2阳性表达呈正相关,与PR阳性表达呈负相关;TIC类型与Ki-67阳性表达呈正相关。结论:乳腺癌组织内ER、PR、Her-2、Ki-67表达与MRI强化特征存在一定的关联性。Objective:To explore the correlation between different expressions of ER,PR,Her-2and Ki-67expression in breast cancer with MRI signs.Methods:78patients with breast cancer were selected,and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Mass size was positively correlated with Ki-67positive expression.Mass shape was positively correlated with Her-2and Ki-67positive expression.Mass margin was positively correlated with ER and PR positive expression,negatively correlated with expression of Her-2and Ki-67.Mass strengthening form was positively correlated with Her-2positive expression,negatively correlated with PR positive expression.TIC type was positively correlated with Ki-67positive expression.Conclusion:ER,PR,Her-2,Ki-67expression in breast cancer had some relevance with MRI enhancement features.
