摘　　要：由于新进护士增多,医院规模扩大,危重患者抢救人次增加,抢救记录存在诸多缺陷。通过内网实时监控抢救记录,加强护理人员抢救记录培训,可减少危重患者抢救记录缺陷,保障医疗护理安全。Due to the increasing number of new nurses,the expansion of the scale of the hospital,the increase in the number of emergency rescue of critically ill patients,there were many defects in the rescue records.Through the real-time monitoring of the rescue records by internal network,strengthening the nursing staff rescue record training can reduce the critical patients rescue record defects,to ensure the safety of medical care.
