摘 要:对玻璃钢蜂窝夹层共形承载天线结构设计了常温面内剪切试验,采用三明治夹芯板理论和分离式实体建模方法,利用ABAQUS软件建立其与试验相符的有限元模型,并基于各向异性材料最大应力准则,使用USDFLD定义蜂窝芯失效准则。结果表明:试验获得了此类结构关键性的剪切强度和刚度数据;模拟方法能准确地模拟结构的刚度和强度,从而验证了此类结构在面内剪切载荷下的适应性,为此类结构的使用提供了参考数据,也为此类结构提供了一种较为准确和可靠的模拟计算方法。Conformal load-bearing antenna structure(CLAS)with glassfiber-reinforced plastics(FRP)skins and NOMEX corewas subjected to the in-plane shear experiment at room temperature.The finite element model was established with sandwich platetheory and separate entity modeling method by ABAQUS,defining failure model of the honeycomb core with USDFLD based on themaximum stress criterion of anisotropic material.The results show that the critical shear strength and stiffness data of such structureare obtained.Simulation method can accurately simulate the structure stiffness and strength,thus the adaptability of this structureis verified under in-plane shear load,providing reference data for the use of such a structure,and also provides a more accurate andreliable numerical simulation method for such a structure.
