摘 要:采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑成型工艺制备了泡沫夹层复合材料,并测试了泡沫夹层复合材料在不同作用载荷下的位移;同时,采用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench在上述加载条件下对该材料进行数值仿真,并和实验结果进行对比分析。研究结果表明,在100~600 N载荷作用下,数值仿真结果和实验结果误差在10%以内,数据吻合良好,验证了该方法具有潜在的工程应用价值。The foam sandwich composites were prepared by vacuum assisted resin transfer molding process.The displacementof foam sandwich composites under different load was tested.At the same time,the finite element software ANSYS Workbenchwas used to simulate the displacement of the material under the above loading conditions,and the results were compared with theexperimental results.The results show that under100-600N load,the numerical simulation results and the experimental results arewithin10%,and the data are in good agreement.The results show that the method has potential value in engineering application.
