摘 要:以贵州水城产野生头花龙胆Gentiana cephalantha种子为材料,将之分成60目与80目两个等级,研究其在不同温度下贮藏;不同温度、不同试剂及其不同浓度浸种的萌发特性。结果表明:60目种子长径为0.718±0.0669mm,短径为0.430±0.0297mm,千粒重为0.0287±0.0010;80目种子长径为0.558±0.0412mm,短径为0.320±0.0297mm;千粒重为0.0198±0.0008g。60目种子的萌发率、萌发势及萌发指数大于80目种子,差异不显著(P>0.05);在4℃和室温下贮藏的种子,其萌发率、萌发势和萌发指数差异不显著(P>0.05);恒温与变温浸种,其萌发率、萌发势和萌发指数差异也不显著(P>0.05);赤霉素与硝酸钾浸种,能提高种子萌发率。赤霉素浸种最佳浓度为100 mg/L,其萌发率最高为81.5%,硝酸钾浸种最佳浓度为2%,其萌发率最高为76%。The germination characteristics ofGentiana cephalantha wild headdress seed based on60and80meshes were studied in different store temperature,soaking temperature,gibberellin and potassium nitrateconcentration from Shuicheng,Guizhou province.The results showed that the long and short diameter of seedwere0.718±0.0699mm and0.430±0.0297mm,respectively,and the thousand seed weight was0.0287±0.0010gfrom60meshes.Similarly,the long and short diameter of seed were0.558±0.0412mm and0.320±0.0297mm,respectively,and the thousand seed weight was0.0198±0.0008g from80mesh.The germination rate,germinationpower and germination index of60mesh seed was greater than80mesh seed but not significant difference(P>0.05).The germination rate,germination power and germination index of seed was not significant difference(P>0.05)from storing in4℃and25℃,but the germination rate,germination power and germination index of seedwas not significantly different(P>0.05)when soaking constant or varying temperature.The seed germinationrate was enhanced by using gibberellin and potassium nitrate.The optimum concentration of soaking seed usinggibberellin was100mg/l and the germination rate was81.5%.Similarly,the optimum concentration of soakingseed using potassium nitrate was2%and the germination rate was76%.
