黑龙江省高校“三位一体”创新创业教育人才培养模式及契机分析

摘　　要：在振兴黑龙江省经济背景下,基于高等院校创新创业教育理论及黑龙江省社会和经济,给出黑龙江省高等院校的"三位一体"创新创业教育人才培养模式;并结合国家经济发展规划、黑龙江自然资源特点,分析该模式实现的契机。Under the background of revitalizing Heilongjiang economy,based on the theory of innovationand entrepreneurship education in universities and the society and economy of Heilongjiang province,the paperputs forward the“Trinity”talent cultivation mode of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universitiesof Heilongjiang Province;the opportunity to achieve the mode is also discussed in the paper through analyzingthe national economic development plan and the characteristics of natural resources in Heilongjiang province.
